We have developed a complete DBW kit for Mitsubishi Evo 7/8/9. Bring your 4G63 into the 21st century and experience the benefits of Electronic DBW Throttle system. No need for that old cruise control linkage, throttle body and IACV with this setup! DBW allows for exact and precise throttle control without using timing or external valves to control idle speed.. Manifold Adapter:
Choose from universal weld-on adapters or manifold specific bolt-on adapters. Throttle size will have an impact on engine responsiveness and overall horsepower capability. Generally speaking, small throttle = better response, large throttle = higher overall horsepower capability. Turbocharged engines do not need massive throttle bodies to make power. Estimates in HP: 60mm (200-500), 68mm (400-800), 72mm (600-1000), 82mm (700-1200+)

Hose / HD Clamp Adapter
(optional)
— Bosch throttles do not have an ideal clamping area or barb for clamping a silicon hose. These adapters slide over the Bosch throttle body and create an idea hose clamping area with a barb or HD clamp adapter for vibrant style HD Clamps.

Wiring Options:
Choose your wiring options based on your needs. If you have or plan on ordering a harness with DBW provisions, you will not require any wiring options. If you plan on making your own harnesses, select the plug & pins options. For quick and easy installation, choose our premium wiring harnesses. Our harnesses are extra long to accommodate all chassis/engine swaps, made from motorsports quality Tezfel wiring, shielded APP and TPS wires, and nylon fiberglass sheathing.
