Shipping Policy
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours. Items such as Billet pedals, DBW kits, Manifolds and Boost Doc parts may have longer lead times, please contact us before ordering.
We do our best to have an open line of communication with our customers in order to inform them of potential shipping delays and estimated times of arrival. Please make sure to include accurate contact information in your order.
Expedited: Orders for in-stock items with expedited shipping must be received before 12 noon EST in order to make the same-day drop-off.
Back Order: Item arrival is subject to manufacturer lead times. We do our best to estimate these lead times on the product page.
Special Order: Special order items such as custom CNC parts take on average roughly 4-5 weeks to ship. This may vary depending on the time of year and current CNC queue. Customers are informed of current CNC queue times at time of order.
Customs/Duty/VAT/Tax etc.: We do not collect any form of international customs, duty, VAT, taxes, etc at checkout. It is the customer's sole responsibility to understand the cost of importation of good from outside their country and be ready to pay any import/customs/duties owed on your order. Please bear in mind that, if applicable, these charges may be due to the shipping agent prior to delivery.
Returned Packages: Once your order has been shipped, it is the customer's sole responsibility to communicate with the shipping agent regarding any issues with transit delays, customer clearance and/or delivery issues. We use the information you provide for shipping. If that information contains incorrect or missing data, we are not responsible for returned packages. In the event that a package is returned, the customer is responsible for any additional costs to re-send the package.
Please note that we have absolutely no control over your package once it's been tendered to the mail carrier you selected at checkout. We can not refund shipping costs because of transit delays caused by the carrier.
