Tracking your order status is easy. Once your order is shipped, you will receive and email with tracking information. On some occurrences, this email may end up getting hung up in your spam/junk folder, so be sure to check there.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

NOTE: Regardless of reason for return, the purchased item MUST be sent back and received by Outsider Garage before a refund or replacement is issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please Note: Once a refund has been initiated, it may take several days for your account to be credited.

All Outsider Garage products come with a limited lifetime warranty from manufacturer defects. This excludes electronic components, sensors, and wearable items. To submit a warranty claim, please email us.

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours.

We do our best to have an open line of communication with our customers in order to inform them of potential shipping delays and estimated times of arrival. Please make sure to include accurate contact information in your order.

Expedited: Orders for in-stock items with expedited shipping must be received before 12 noon EST in order to make the same-day drop-off.

Back Order: Item arrival is subject to manufacturer lead times. We do our best to estimate these lead times on the product page but are ultimately out of our control.

Special Order: Special order items such as custom CNC parts take on average roughly 4-5 weeks to ship. This may vary depending on the time of year and current CNC queue. Customers are informed of current CNC queue times at time of order.

Unfortunately no. If your engine came from the factory with a cable driven throttle body, you will need to upgrade to a modern, aftermarket ECU capable of supporting DBW. However, this is by itself one of the most valuable upgrades you can do for you car as it will open up a world of other opportunities outside of DBW.

Yes, it is completely normal to hear your throttle body making a electronic humming sound during ignition on (pre-start) conditions.
