Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 24-48 Hours to process your order. Most In Stock items ship same day if ordered before 12PM EST. You can expect and email to let you know your order is on the way! 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  We ship USPS, UPS and DHL daily. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  You may choose which ever shipping option you prefer. FREE Shipping is currently available for orders over $250 in total. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:  We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@outsidergarage.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
