Introducing the Outsider Garage AVS (Anti Vibration System) for Bosch 82mm E-Throttles. Our AVS is a two piece setup that works in conjunction with an HD clamp to separate the throttle from the engine and reduce vibration.
There is no room for compromise in motorsports. E-throttles introduce some impressive opportunities that can help bring lap times down. However, excessive vibration (Solid engine mounts and motorsports specific setups) can result in fault codes which shut the throttle down during a hot lap.
Enter the AVS. Designed around the famous Bosch 82mm and 74mm E-Throttle bodies, one side of the AVS attaches to any 82mm or 74mm flange and adapts is to an HD flange. The other side of the AVS adapts HD flange back to the Bosch flange.
Use a single HD clamp to simply separate the throttle from engine vibration.
Use 2 HD clamps and a small section of tight radius piping to relocate the throttle in any direction to get around chassis specific space restrictions.
