What's included?: S1 or S2 (you choose) RB30 Block, Crank and Girdle. Any other parts still on the block are a bonus. Note that these blocks have been sprayed with a rust preventative coating which will not be removed prior to stateside shipping. Note that also some of these blocks still have the OEM head gasket on the deck, we've left it there to help protect the deck during shipping.
Can I get more parts: Additional performance parts from Boost Doc, Nitto, etc can be ordered for your build as well. Please email us directly to discuss pricing. outsidergaragellc@gmail.com
How much does shipping cost: You will receive a separate invoice for shipping after you've paid for the block. Contact us first if you would like a quote. Freight charges vary depending on your location and the services you require on delivery. In most cases anywhere from $150-$450. Shipping to a commercial location is significantly LESS inexpensive than residential.
How long does it take? Blocks that are in stock will be shipped within 5 business days after receiving payment. After purchasing a block you will be contacted to confirm shipping address and lift gate/delivery needs.
What is the difference between S1 and S2? There is no difference in strength between the two. The only differences are the S1 blocks do not come drilled for turbo coolant, oil and return ports in the block, and sometimes, additional machining is required to fit a DOHC depending on the front casting surface. Both blocks will require machine work to fit a DOHC but the S1 blocks require only slightly more.
