If you have wanted to fit AN16 radiator hoses to your pride and joy, you will quickly realize that you need to get fittings welded on.
It is recommended to use a metal compound adhesive to ensure a good seal when this unit is fitted. Clean and dry the inside of the area to be used, and simply add the adhesive to the inside of the hose barb bead. This will form an excellent adhesion point. Follow the adhesive instructions for curing times.
Fitting the outlet may require the use of a mallet/hammer, be sure to add a cap so you do not damage or mark the threads.
If you prefer, the fitting has a thick shoulder so that it can be welded if required.
