This adapter allows the installation of a RB25DET Neo idle air control valve (4 bolt) on a RB25 S1/S2 non-neo manifold (3 bolt).

Fits aftermarket front facing Chinese sheetmetal manifolds and other manifolds that use the RB25 3 Bolt IACV Flange.
